TERMS OF SERVICE
We've created our cancellation policy and satisfaction guarantee to strengthen our business and relationships with our clients and staff! All clients are asked to review our policy BEFORE their first service.
In the event that a client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning or service appointment, 48 hours notice to Soul Clean Co. is required. Notice may be given by email, direct message or phone. Should the client fail to give 48 hours notice, the client must pay 50% of the cancelled service first offense and 100% of the service fee thereafter. If the client cancels on the day of service OR at anytime we are unable to access the home or building, OR we are turned away at the door, a lockout fee of 100% of the service price will be charged to the client.
We do not accept cash or cheque and all clients are required to have a credit card on file. Clients are invoiced after their service has been completed and payment is due 24 hours from invoicing. A 2.9% processing fee is applied to all credit card payments and alternate payment methods are provided on the invoice. Late payments, short-notice cancellations and lock-outs will be charged to the card on file automatically and late payment may be subject to a late payment fee.
Soul Clean Co. guarantees nothing less than a flawless resolution to our mistakes. Sometimes, mistakes do happen, we are all human after all! We have a two step resolution process to rectify any service you are not fully satisfied with.
