Are you pet friendly?
Yes we are! All of our cleaning specialists are comfortable around your pets. During your consultation we will ask about your pets name and any special care requirements they might have while we are in your home.
Do I need to supply my own vacuum or cleaning supplies?
No, you are not required to provide any products, supplies or a vacuum! All of our cleaning specialists are outfitted with everything needed to do a great job. However, if you have products you prefer we use, then just let us know!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you are never required to sign a contract. We do have a cancellation policy and ask all new clients to review and sign it before service. It can be found here on our website under 'Terms of Service' We also have a satisfaction guarantee!
Is there anything you don't do?
We would do anything for your love...but we won't do that! By that we mean anything that places any risk to our staff health or safety! Bodily fluids, pet messes, mold, bugs, certain heights or weights to name a few. Ask us for our detailed list of dont's!
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes we are! It's very important to ask this question of any service company that might be doing work in or on your property. We carry all of the coverage needed for your peace of mind and ours!
Which areas do you serve?
We currently offer services in White Rock, South Surrey, Surrey, Delta and Langley. Let us know if you'd like to see our services in your area!
Do you clean homes with smoking in them?
Our employees health is our number one concern! Second-hand cigarette smoke has proven hazardous to a person's health so we could never, in good conscience, ask our employees to take that risk for us. Thank you for understanding!
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes! We mainly use eco-friendly products and some standard chemical cleaners. We always use eco-friendly in all areas where pets or small kids might play! We want to keep your home and pets safe while reducing our carbon footprint. We can also accommodate those with sensory sensitivity and make our own odor-free and reduced odor products when needed!

So...how does this work?
It's a good idea to take your time and search a few companies to see what will be a good fit for you. Most websites will have a 'Quote Form' or you can usually call or e-mail directly. Don't feel bad about getting multiple quotes, it's smart! And feel free to use our FAQ's to ask other companies the important questions. We recommend taking advantage of our free in-home quote to get the most accurate pricing and time recommendations!
I'm nervous and embarassed for someone to see my home!
We completely understand that many people might feel this way. Please try not to worry! Cleaning is what we love to do and at Soul Clean we are absolute professionals. You can be assured that we have seen it all and there is never any judgement! Are you neurodiverse and/or struggle with anxiety, depression or executive dysfunction and have special requests or questions? We are here to help!
How do I choose a company?
It really comes down to what you value most about a company. You want to look for someone reliable, trustworthy, licensed/insured/bonded but also someone who can accommodate exactly what you need. Remember this is your home and you are paying for the service! Be picky! If you are stuck between choosing companies and they do not require a contract, we suggest booking a one-time clean with each and trying out their services!
How can I get the most value out of my service?
Many times a cleaning service disappoints because they simply didn't meet your expectations. One size does not fit all! Communication is the most important piece to maximize your time and value. Make sure you clearly convey which areas are most important to you. We have a detailed questionnaire we send to all new clients and always follow up with a phone call before your first service. A checklist is then created that is tailored to you!

How do I book?
If you are wanting to book something right away just give us a call, send an e-mail or submit a 'quote form' from right here on our website. We will then go through or send you our new-client intake form and go over all of your needs and preferences. You can book with an online quote or request a free in-home quote. Next we will find an available date and time to book your first service! Reoccurring services are scheduled on the same day and time each week, bi-week or month.
Can I request a specific time for my cleaner to arrive?
Our schedules are built on optimizing quality first. When we try and accommodate everyone and their specific time requests our overall quality and number of missed appointments increases! The earliest we ever arrive for a service is 9am and we schedule between 9am-2pm to accommodate our amazing staff, most of which are parents! We also provide evening time slots from 3pm-6pm. Office hours are 9am-6pm weekdays and 10am-5pm on Saturdays.
Why do you have a cancellation policy?
It's part of our mission to provide the best experience for our team members. If there is an abrupt cancellation, we still pay them! Cancellations of at least 48 hours allows us to find a replacement clean for our staff so their schedules aren't disrupted. Cancellation fees ensure our team is never losing wages. We want to attract the best employees and a consistent schedule is one of the many benefits of working with us. We get happy employees and you get amazing and consistent cleaning services. Win-win!
Do I need to be present during my cleaning service?
This is entirely up to you! We have clients that work from home or simply choose to be home during service because that's what they are comfortable with. Others love coming home from a long day at work to their spotless space! Our specialists are prepared for all scenarios and are comfortable with or without clients present during appointments.
How do you gain access to my home?
There are a few different options for how we can gain access to your home if you are away. The method you choose is entirely up to you and your level of comfort.
1. Lockbox: For reoccurring clients we can provide you with a lockbox, free of charge, to set up on your property. This is a very secure way to leave us a key!
2. Door or garage code: Just let us know you would like us to gain access with your code. We always keep it safe and secure.
3. Hidden Key: Have a perfect spot to hide a key on your property? Just let us know where to find it!
How do I pay for my appointment?
Soul Clean Co. requires a credit card on file for all appointments. We also accept e-transfer if received at least one business day before your service. E-transfers are sent to payments@soulclean.ca. An invoice will be sent to you via email!
What happens if I am not happy with the service?
We have a satisfaction guarantee! Mistakes happen, but we guarantee nothing less than an excellent resolution. Go to our 'Terms of Service' tab to learn about our resolution process. If you are still not happy after all resolution attempts are made you get your money back. You will never have to pay for a service you are not completely satisfied with!
What if I need to make changes before my service?
No problem! You can update any information or requests at any time, including the day of your service. As long as your requests are reasonable, of course, we will send them to your cleaning specialist before they arrive. Just message, phone or e-mail us and we will be quick to help!
